Following a recent call regarding an intermittent Lv cable fault we received the folliwing feedback from our customer:
"I cannot recommend EME Power Systems enough! Our school, Holy Family Catholic School, was facing repeated power outages in our sports hall, causing major disruptions, especially with important GCSE exams looming.
Despite other companies failing to identify the issue, EME Power Systems swiftly came to our rescue. They diagnosed a damaged cable as the culprit and, understanding the urgency of our situation, rearranged their schedule to accommodate us on a Saturday, just a week after we contacted them.
Their team not only efficiently fixed the problem but also exhibited a level of professionalism and empathy that was truly commendable. The staff were not only competent but also pleasant and understanding, making the whole process smooth for us.
